Administrator

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our multi-award winning and growing Trust and Private office business in Jersey.

About the role

The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director / Client Director and will be an enthusiastic and committed member of the team, focused on delivering a high quality service to Trust and Fiduciary clients in the private wealth industry. They will have previous administrative experience in order to support the team with administering client portfolios. They may also be interested in working towards relevant industry qualifications (i.e. STEP or ICSA) in the future.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to other members of the team and administering a portfolio of clients, ensuring quality of delivery and that all processes meet standards and Accuro procedures
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with their own portfolio and the wider teams’ clients
  • Maintaining and developing working relationships with third parties
  • Ensuring that all business is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of Accuro Group and the rules, guidelines and expectations of the local regulator
  • Identifying new opportunities to develop both existing and new client relationships
  • Working collaboratively within the team to support the strategic and operational objectives
  • Ensuring compliance considerations and appropriate processes, policies and procedures are met and followed in discharging all activities
  • Ensuring all tasks are accurately recorded with clear descriptions of work conducted in the daily timesheet
  • Understanding, embracing and practicing Accuro’s culture and values

About you

Our ideal candidate will have previous Trust and Company administration experience, as well as knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks. They will be organised, accurate, prepared to take ownership of tasks and understand when to ask for advice or support; have the ability to follow tasks through to completion and manage time effectively; learn, take direction from and work collaboratively with other colleagues; be proactive, self-motivated and solution driven; have good interpersonal and communication skills; and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience in NavOne and/or Business Central systems would be an advantage.
