Administrator

We are currently seeking a full-time Administrator to join us in Mauritius.

About the role

The Administrator plays a key role in ensuring timely execution of tasks, maintaining compliance standards, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support the smooth operation of trust and corporate services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Client Relationship Team, including handling client transactions, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
  • Manage regulatory and statutory requirements such as filings with FSC/ROC/MRA, TAN/TRC applications, company changes, and share transfers.
  • Coordinate banking and investment activities, including account openings/closures, processing instructions, and completing FATCA/CRS/W8‑BEN requirements.
  • Support compliance functions by submitting CDD documents, conducting screening checks, maintaining the Beneficial Owners Register, and monitoring transactions.
  • Contribute to internal operations by supporting KPI tracking, project work, file reviews, dashboard updates, and maintaining key registers (e.g., insurance, IHT, FATCA/CRS).

About you

  • Holds a relevant entry-level professional qualification such as ICSA, or a degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Trust and Company administration.
  • Sound working knowledge of trust and company administration practices and procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-driven with strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating confidently with colleagues and external intermediaries.
