We are currently seeking a full-time File Reviewer to join us in Mauritius.

About the role
The File Reviewer is responsible for the delivery of the diligent review of client files in line with relevant legal requirements applicable to FSC licensees and set internal policies and procedures whilst applying a risk-based approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct detailed periodic compliance and risk reviews for all client relationships in line with internal procedures and FSC/Registrar of Companies AML/CFT & PF requirements.
- Help prepare the annual schedule of all periodic reviews due for the upcoming year.
- Set and meet monthly review completion targets to achieve annual goals.
- Work closely with the Compliance Officer to report regulatory breaches or process gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build strong collaboration with the Client Relationship team through a solution‑oriented approach to review findings and documentation.
About you
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Management Company.
- Working knowledge of compliance- related issues in connection with financial services.
- A thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and guidance issued by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission as it applies to offshore fiduciary business.
- Good technical knowledge of Trust Company administration.
- A great team player, collaborative when you need to be, and able to deliver independently as required.
