Our multi-award winning and growing Trust and Family office business is continuing to seek the best talent in the market to join us in Mauritius. We are currently recruiting for a File Reviewer to deliver the diligent review of client files in line with relevant legal requirements applicable to FSC licensees and set internal policies and procedures whilst applying a risk based approach.
The role holder will be responsible for ensuring risk assessments are being conducted on a set frequency, reviewing risk assessment data, reviewing client files based on their risk rating, liaising with relationship managers and their team leaders to ensure that deficiencies identified during file reviews are cleared within a set timeframe and escalated to Compliance Officers and the Board of Directors where appropriate, and conducting training to relationship managers to educate on common deficiencies identified during the reviews.
