Operations Administrator

We are currently seeking a full-time Operations Administrator to join us in Mauritius.

About the role

The Operations Administrator will help the Operations Director with administrative tasks and support in doing analysis around varying projects and will also be involved in other operations areas affecting the Company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Coordination & Monitoring: Support project planning by maintaining schedules, managing assignments, tracking progress, and updating the Operations Director.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyse data to identify trends and insights, and create reports, dashboards, and visualisations to track project performance.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor operational efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and propose practical improvements and process enhancements.
  • Solution Design & Documentation: Develop and document business requirements, technical solutions, and process workflows aligned to business objectives.
  • Testing and Team Support: Participate in system and process testing, validation, and provide general support to the Operations team as required.

About you

  • Holds a relevant degree in  in Management/ Finance/Accounting/Economics/Law field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Trust and Company administration.
  • Sound working knowledge of trust and company administration practices and procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-driven with strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating confidently with colleagues and external intermediaries.
