About the role
The Relationship Manager supports the team by overseeing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties, and ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality service. The role ensures full compliance with Accuro Group policies and regulatory requirements, while contributing to team success through collaboration, operational efficiency, and a focus on enhancing client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manages a portfolio of clients, delivering prompt, high‑quality service while maintaining strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
- Ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, supporting first‑line defence activities.
- Coordinates and attends annual client and board meetings, handling all related logistics and documentation.
- Collaborates closely with Relationship and Administration teams to support smooth operations and resolve administrative matters.
- Achieves key performance targets, drives revenue growth, manages billing processes, and upholds Accuro’s culture and values.
About you
- Holds a relevant entry-level professional qualification such as ACCA, STEP, or ICSA, or a degree in a related field. Demonstrates a commitment to continuous professional development, with a willingness to pursue further qualifications such as South African Tax, Investment Planning, or Master’s-level studies.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Trust and Company administration.
- Solid understanding of company and trust administration, including core operational aspects.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven with strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating confidently with colleagues and external intermediaries.
