Senior Relationship Manager

We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Relationship Manager to join us in Mauritius.

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering dedicated support to the team by managing a portfolio of clients, cultivating strong relationships with clients and third parties, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality service. The role upholds compliance with Accuro Group’s internal policies and procedures, as well as local regulatory standards. It contributes to team success by fostering collaboration, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Portfolio Management & Service Delivery: Manage a dedicated client portfolio, provide proactive support, resolve complex issues, and ensure timely, high-quality, value-driven client service.
  • Relationship Building & Compliance: Maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries while ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Meeting Coordination & Governance: Organise and attend annual client and board meetings, ensuring all logistics, documentation, and governance requirements are met.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work collaboratively with internal teams, support key projects, and provide coaching and guidance to ensure consistent service and operational excellence.
  • Performance & Financial Oversight: Drive revenue growth, monitor billing and debtor balances, act as B‑signatory, and ensure timely resolution of review actions and adherence to KPIs.

About you

  • Holds a relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, STEP, or ICSA, or a degree in a related field, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to pursue further qualifications (e.g., South African Tax, Investment Planning, or Master’s-level studies).
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Trust and Company administration.
  • Solid understanding of company and trust administration, including core operational aspects.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-driven with strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating confidently with colleagues and external intermediaries.
