Trust Administrator

Our multi-award winning Trust and Private office business is seeking a Trust Administrator to join our team in Jersey.

About the role

The role will involve undertaking general administrative tasks; liaising with clients and intermediaries; drafting company minutes, resolutions and general company administration; ensuring client records are accurate and up-to-date, which includes scanning and filing correspondence, documents; ensuring high standards of compliance are maintained in accordance with our policies and procedures.

Previous experience within a Trust environment or relevant financial services business is required , as well as a willingness to study for a relevant qualification (e.g. CIFA, COA, STEP, ICSA). Also essential is a good technical knowledge of trust company administration processes, understanding of the key risks associated with the services provided, the ability to build strong and effective relationships with clients, MS Office skills, excellent time management, and strong verbal and written communication.

The role holder will report to the Client Services Director.
