Senior Relationship Manager

Our multi-award winning and growing Trust and Private office business is continuing to seek the best talent in the market to join our team in Switzerland. We are currently seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to work as part of our successful team to ensure quality service delivery, contribute to the growth of the business and build deep and rich client relationships.

About the role

The successful candidate will have responsibility for the administration of a complex portfolio of clients, while maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities include: delivering full service for the portfolio and executing the client wishes, including ensuring that all transactions are properly authorised and recorded with due regard to risk; growth of the business through identification of opportunities for developing deepening relationship with current clients, and forging new opportunities with potentially new clients; building and strengthening relationships with key clients and intermediaries and identifying new ideas in relation to products and services which may be offered by the company; demonstrating strong knowledge and application of regulation, and impact on how duties are discharged; ensuring all tasks are accurately recorded with clear descriptions of work conducted in the daily time sheet, and that utilisation is chargeable to the client (and recoverable).

About you

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the trust and fiduciary industry and will be able to manage their client relationships directly for a portfolio of clients. Experience within a Trust environment or relevant financial services business is required as well being professionally qualified, e.g. professional accounting/finance qualification (STEP or equivalent). Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work as a team player are essential.
