I am Legal Counsel at Accuro Jersey. I am a dual-qualified solicitor in English and German Law. This background allows me to have an understanding of common and civil law jurisdictions alike.
I provide a wide range of legal and tax advice to the Accuro Group focussing in particular on complex trust and corporate structures and FATCA/CRS legislation. For selected high net worth clients, I act as direct point of contact. I am fluent in English and German.
I am admitted to the German Bar and the Solicitor Regulations Authority. I hold the STEP advanced certificate in UK Tax for international clients and I am a qualified business mediator.
When I am not spending time with my family, I enjoy outdoor activities such as running, skiing and scuba diving.
